CW6670 is a highly integrated system-on-chip including all the base-band signal processing and system control functions that are required for a family radio service (FRS) or walkie-talkie system. With its outstanding embedded Codec and DSP technology, CW6670 provides many functions such as high accurate/high speed CTCSS tone generator and detector, weather detector, scramble/descramble for security, vibration detection and remote monitor with very low external components.

Meanwhile, VOX(Voice Activity Detection), ALC(Auto-level Control), 8-bit micro-processor with FRS MMI (Man-Machine Interface) software and LCD driver and many other rich features are also included in this DSP based processor. It is very suitable for a high performance but cost effective FRS solution.
