CW6621
is a baseband controller compliant to Bluetooth 1.1 specification,
and 1.2 partially for Adaptive frequency hopping and high speed
connection . The data transfer rate over RF can be up to 721 kbps.
It also supports authentication and encryption functions to provide
Bluetooth security. It can be connected to various RF modules with
BlueRF interface, supporting bi-directional interface Dbus. Besides,
Silicon Wave SPI of RF chip is supported.
CW6621 supports both
full-speed (12Mbps) USB(Universal Serial Bus), UART(Universal Asynchronous
Receiver Transmitter), and SPI (Serial Port Interface) as the external
host interface. For UART, it can be configured at different baud
rates ranging from 57.6 kbps to 921 kbps. For SPI, CW6621 acts as
SPI slave. The maximum SPI clock can be up to 2 MHz. CW6621 also
implements one standard 4-wire interface for PCM Codec. This makes
it easy to connect Conwise cw6693 to be capable of establishing
one SCO link.
